What's in the Vegan Burger
The menu describes the Vegan Burger as 100% plant-based: an Impossible™ patty on a vegan brioche bun, with lettuce, onion, vegan mayo and our signature bulgogi sauce. It's listed at $13.49, or $18.49 as a combo.

If you've ordered an Impossible burger elsewhere, the patty will be familiar. The Korean flavor comes from the bulgogi sauce, so the idea is close to our Bulgogi Burger: bulgogi sauce, mayo and fresh greens. Here the patty, bun and mayo are all plant-based.
What the menu says about everything else
The plant-based description applies to the Vegan Burger only. We don't make that claim for other items or for the kitchen as a whole. If you eat strictly plant-based, please confirm the details with our staff when you order. A few things are already clear from the menu:
- Honey: our three cheong ades are made with honey, ggultteok comes in a honey glaze and the Spicy Potato Chips have a sweet honey seasoning.
- Dairy: the House Salad side comes with buttermilk ranch and Parmesan, and the milkshakes and Banana Milk are milk drinks.
- Salads: the full-size salads are built around chicken, beef or shrimp.
- Other sides: the menu doesn't say whether the tater tots, gimmari or kimchi slaw are plant-based, so ask about ingredients and preparation before ordering them.

The combo
The Vegan Burger Combo is listed with tater tots and a drink. The tots are on the ask-first list above, so bring them up when you order. The live order page shows the side and drink choices the combo offers.
The drink
If you avoid honey, skip the ades. The sodas, lemonade, sparkling water and bottled water are simpler choices, and staff can help with ingredient details on anything else.
To order ahead, use our pickup store. If you have ingredient questions before you head to Wilshire, call us at (213) 662-8360. Our sides guide describes each side in more detail, and the menu has current prices and availability.
