What's on each burger

The Cheese Burger is our classic: a grilled beef patty with pickled cucumber, ketchup-mustard and a rich cheese sauce. Every part of it points somewhere familiar. Pickles and mustard bring tang, ketchup adds a little sweetness and the cheese sauce adds creamy richness.

Unninae K-Burger's Bulgogi Burger

The Bulgogi Burger gets its flavor from our sweet-and-savory bulgogi sauce, with creamy mayo and fresh greens. In Korean cooking, bulgogi is thinly sliced beef in a soy-based marinade, usually sweetened and seasoned with garlic and sesame. We don't publish our sauce recipe, so the menu's own description is the best guide: sweet and savory, with mayo for creaminess and greens for freshness.

  • Cheese Burger: tangy and creamy, with acid from the pickles and mustard. Listed at $8.99.
  • Bulgogi Burger: sweet and savory, with the sauce at the center and mayo and greens around it. Listed at $11.99.

Where to go next

The Deluxe Burger ($11.99) is another classic, with lettuce, onion, tomato and Thousand Island on a grilled beef patty. Once you know you like bulgogi sauce, try the Kimchi Bulgogi Burger ($13.99). It keeps the bulgogi sauce and adds tangy, crunchy kimchi. Our kimchi topping guide explains what that does to each bite.

The Bulgogi Burger listing doesn't include cheese. If you want both, check the item's options when you order or ask at the counter. Both burgers also come as combos, listed at $16.99 for the Bulgogi and $13.99 for the Cheese. Prices and availability can change, so check the menu for current details.
